The Night Moves 2 was the first re-design of Dale Bell's Signature model. Starburst response was replaced with Double Yo-Ring response. The body was redesigned as well, slightly widened and molded flames were added as well. First release was plaqued by balance problems and "wobble". The problem was corrected in the later Night Moves 2s.

The one pictured is made in clear enyo plastic. Most of these are made from enyo, and the "colors" were most often clear yo-yos painted on the inside surfaces at YoYoJam.
