| I believe this was once a 1937 Shield patch. If you look closely, you'll notice the outline of a date on each side of the star. We'll never know WHY someone pulled the date. Perhaps wanted to be the champion for all time, and not just 1937. In any case, this is still a classic patch in overall good condition. But mainly a curiosity ... | | | |
